Electrical Engineering and Automation

Electrical engineering and automation is the first type specialty construction station in Shaanxi Province, which belongs to the discipline of electrical engineering.The specialty training program is based on the electrical technology and industry development with the characteristics of combining theory and practice. In terms of course content, it combine strong electricity with weak points, and combine electricity with architecture electricity engineering. Facing the field of electric energy transmission and utilization, we plan to cultivate electrical engineer with professional technical knowledge and sense of social responsibility working in equipment security and maintenance field.


Automation

The automation is a national first-class specialty construction station with national comprehensive reform pilot major which has passed the national engineering education professional certification. We plan to cultivate control engineers and researchers with high knowledge level and literacy, innovative spirit and sense of social responsibility working in the field of automation and control engineering, like in traffic control and industrial automation field.


Robot Engineering

As an special specialty of automation, robot engineering is a "new engineering" major for the emerging industry-robotics and ranks second position in the ten key areas of the "Manufacturing Talent Planning Guide".This major trains necessary basic knowledge of humanities and social sciences which include mathematical physics, electronic technology, mechanical design, information and automatic control technology, computer software and hardware and algorithm design, robotics and other basic theories. We plan to cultivate robot engineer with professional knowledge, and possesses robot systems and software design, analysis, development and application capabilities who can engage in scientific research, technology development, application maintenance and management in related fields such as robot core components, robot systems, software algorithms, intelligent equipment and intelligent vehicle control system integration applications.
